Terms & Conditions
Please call 01261 812881 to make provisional bookings or email admin@thebanffsprings.co.uk.
Your provisional booking will be held for 14 days. You must send NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £10.00pp within the 14 day provisional period. Failure to do this will result in the booking being released.  Full payment and final numbers are required 4 weeks prior to your event date or upon booking if later than this date.  We reserve the right to cancel your booking if final monies are not paid prior to this date. 

Deposits and payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The hotel reserves the right to alter/change dates of any event if the minimum event numbers are not met.

The hotel cannot be held liable for compensation to any party should this occur.
