The latest news and upcoming events at The Banff Springs Hotel.

Some of the best memories are made at the Banff Springs from a Sunday roast with the family to a night of burning up the dance floor to your favourite tunes. At The Banff Springs Hotel we love hosting events where family and friends can come together.

Meet our Front of House Manager

We thought we would introduce you to some of our amazing team, first up we have Beth. A familiar face here at The Banff Springs, our Front of House Manager. Beth has been with us for over 10 years initially as a Waitress then progressing through different roles to her current role as Front of House Manager. Beth along with her team are one of the first to greet you to the hotel when dining with us. When not shaking cocktails, Beth is busy interacting with our customers and overseeing the running of our restaurant and lounge bar. We caught up with Beth to ask her a few questions…

What is your favourite part of working at The Banff Springs?

My favourite part of working at The Banff Springs is being able to meet and interact with new people every day as well as watching my team progress and gain confidence in their roles

What is your favourite dish on the menu?

My favourite dish is the Braised Feather Blade of Beef and the Chocolate Orange Marquise to finish

What is your proudest moment?

Becoming Front of House Manager here at The Banff Springs

What would your last meal on earth be?

It would have to be a steak with lots of peppercorn sauce!
